You play the role of Captain Ashley S. Nowak: You are the Riftbreaker, an elite scientist / command in a powerful Mecha-Suit. She enters a one-way portal to Galatea 37, a distant planet on the edge of the Milky Way, with the goal of building a base that will return to Earth and allow for further colonization. Ashley’s mechanical suit, which she calls “Mr. Riggs”, can withstand the harshest environmental conditions and has a full range of equipment for base building, resource mining, sampling and of course the combat. She is able to travel through cracks that connect space over great distances. BASE BUILDING

Your task is to build a two-way rift to earth. It is a very complex invention that requires huge amounts of energy. Simple solar panels and a few tons of steel will not be enough. You must build a complex chain of mines, refineries, power plants and research facilities to complete this mission.
DEFENSE

Your presence on this planet will not go unnoticed. As you build your industry and disrupt the natural order, the world will see you as a threat. Build your defenses. Build defensive walls, barriers and towers as attacks grow stronger each day. You will face thousands of hostile creatures trying to eliminate your presence.
EXPLORATION

Galatea 37 is an unknown planet in the Sycorax belt of the Milky Way. Long-range studies revealed it to be habitable and perfect for colonization. The planet is full of rare minerals and substances that can be found in different places around the world. Various biomes can surprise you with unfamiliar flora and fauna, as well as harsh weather conditions. Build local outposts in resource-rich locations that transport needed resources using Rift technology.
COUNTRY

Embark on an epic journey through the different biomes of Galatea 37. You will establish several permanent bases around the world that will boost your economy. Search for alien substances and life forms and battle hordes of alien creatures who are clearly unhappy with your interference in the natural order of the planet. The campaign spans several hours and offers a remarkable level of freedom in a super-detailed, procedurally generated world. You can decide the order of your priorities and the technologies you want to use. After all, you are the only person present. SURVIVAL

Your mission is to survive for a period of time and fight off waves of increasingly difficult enemy creatures. Each mission in the game is random and offers nearly infinite replay value.
SAND
If even the intense struggle for survival isn’t your thing, try Sandbox mode, where we put you in control of the entire game, including resources, enemy spawns and weather conditions.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR GAME
Riftbreaker ™ gameplay can be adapted to your play style. You can change the frequency of enemy attacks, their strength and number, resource abundance, weather conditions, enemy damage, and a host of other settings. There are also several difficulty presets to suit the needs of both hardcore strategy players and those who want a relaxed, basic experience.
